Overcoming Individual Challenges
|
 |
Overcoming barriers to
admission to Canada:
In certain circumstances persons
may be found inadmissible to
Canada. Inadmissibility can come
in the form of criminality,
medical illness or
non-compliance with immigration
laws. The most common ground of
inadmissibility relates to
criminality. We have had
extensive experience helping
individuals enter Canada
notwithstanding their current
inadmissibility. Given the right
circumstances, many forms of
inadmissibility can eventually
be overcome provided the proper
steps are taken well in advance
of entry to Canada.

Immigration appeal and
refugee board representation:
HBI offers services to persons
seeking to appeal a variety of
application refusals. We can
assist with hearings for
immigration sponsorship refusals
and residency appeals for
permanent residents. Further, if
you are having difficulties with
immigration enforcement matters,
we can provide guidance in
navigating through theses very
serious circumstances.
